ABOUT THE TEAM:

The Member Accession Marketing team at Tide includes a Product team specialising in building and optimising Tide’s member onboarding journeys, as well as owning additional products.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Lead Product Manager for the Onboarding Product team for Germany and the EU, you will:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for our onboarding journeys in Germany and other markets
  • Continuously optimise and improve the product, based on market requirements, business goals, customer feedback and data insights
  • Own and grow your numbers, including conversion and other product KPIs and business metrics
  • Work very closely with Marketing and other business teams, Country Managers and other stakeholders to drive dynamic prioritisation decisions
  • Help deliver new market launches as Tide expands its footprint
  • Lead a x-functional team of senior Engineers and Designers and mentor or manage other Product Managers
  • Be extremely hands-on and find ways to make things happen
  • Feel responsible and accountable for every user’s experience with the product
  • Be one of the focal points for the Tide Product community in Germany and the EU, building knowledge on market, competition and industry developments

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Tide is seeking an exceptional Lead Product Manager to lead the efforts in developing the best onboarding journeys for our members in Germany and future markets. The ideal candidate will have:

  • ~10 years of experience in product management
  • Background in financial services, preferably in technology-driven, scale-up environments in Europe
  • Background in a Growth, Acquisition or Onboarding team, looking after onboarding journeys and acquisition funnels
  • Experience launching and scaling products in new markets
  • Experience delivering products for small businesses
  • Ownership mentality, delivery mindset, hands-on approach
  • Customer focus, user empathy, obsession with great UX
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to solve problems
  • Very strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Product strategy skills, commercial acumen and an understanding of acquisition unit economics
  • Leadership qualities and a desire to mentor and manage fellow PMs
