Project Overview:

Objective: Understand user needs during manual searches by scoring the relevance between their queries and previously consumed feeds.

Duration: 6-12 months

Language: German

Responsibilities:

- As a Labeling Specialist, you will:

- Analyze and label the relevance between current search queries and prior user interactions.

- Provide detailed scores and insights to improve app search results.

Job Requirements:

- We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

- Language Proficiency: Native German speakers with strong linguistic skills and cultural understanding. English proficiency at a minimum level of B2 is required.

- Experience: Previous experience in relevance scoring, video reviewing, or query classification.

- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field.

Skills:

- Logical thinking and excellent comprehension abilities.

- Familiarity with trends on social media platforms.

- Ability to work systematically and adhere to schedules.

Availability:

- Stable working hours from Monday to Friday.

- Free time during 9:00-19:00 local time on weekdays.
