**About the Role**
The Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to have a direct impact through the growth and optimization of the driver population on Uber’s platform. This role calls for a combination of savvy analytics, strategic thinking, problem-solving, creative use of internal marketplace and automation tools, and solid stakeholder and project management skills.
The Operations Manager will lead and support our geo-expansion efforts in several growth bets, such as hailables and key untapped markets. This will require a commitment to operational excellence, an insightful ability to build non-standard products and solutions in heavily regulated markets, out-of-the-box thinking to drive high quality growth strategies and a customer centric mindset to implement high impact initiatives that will develop compliant and innovative solutions. This role also calls for highly adaptable profiles that are keen to take on different issues and will demonstrate ability to push new initiatives, positively challenge the existing and make the role what they want it to be.
**What You'll Do**
1. Analytics. Utilize data to understand marketplace dynamics, driver behavior or areas for improvement and help our partners to optimize their business.
2. Develop & Optimize Processes. Take big picture ideas and break them into actionable steps.
3. Stakeholder Management. The Operations Manager will be involved in projects with high visibility internally and externally and will require coordinating and executing efforts across multiple functions and skills.

**What You'll Need**
