**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced operator to lead Rider Growth (excluding Eater-to-Rider channel) in North Asia. This role will focus on launching new acquisition channels, scaling and optimizing existing ones, and improving funnel performance to drive rider growth. A key part of the role will also involve reducing churn among new riders and enhancing stickiness during their early lifecycle to ensure long-term engagement.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will develop and execute strategies to increase funnel velocity and volume, while tailoring acquisition efforts to meet the diverse needs of riders in the region. Your work will blend operational execution with strategic planning to unlock growth opportunities and deliver measurable impact.

**Your Impact in Role**
- **Launch new acquisition channels:** Launch new acquisition channels to drive rider-first-trips and onboard new users effectively. Grow and scale effective new channels across North Asia.
- **Scale and optimize existing acquisition channels:** Grow, scale, refine, and optimize existing acquisition channels. Balance efficiency (cost/ rider), effectiveness, and scale across channels.
- **Optimize funnel conversions (volume, velocity):** Increase the scale and pace of funnel conversions. Improve stickiness, reduce new-rider churn by managing the early lifecycle with tailored engagement strategies.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Ops teams to evolve channels, align strategies, and execute plans effectively. Coordinate with Global and Local teams to deliver impactful results and elevate the new-rider experience.
**What You Will Need**
- Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Operations, etc.)
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (Google Sheets), and other analytical tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of North Asia’s market dynamics and the taxi industry.
- Experience in managing acquisition channels and optimizing funnels.
- Proven ability to scale and grow demand in competitive markets.
