**About the Role**
Uber Health is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a strong Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive our Australian and New Zealand business forward at this exciting time. Reporting into the Uber Health ANZ Sales Manager, you’ll work closely with the Uber Health team (Account Executives), other BDRs on the wider Uber for Business team, and the broader Sales Operations team to increase adoption in both the public and private sectors. This role will focus on prospecting, qualifying, and acquiring new customers, helping expand Uber Health's patient transport solutions and other business-facing products.
We need highly motivated self-starters, who thrive on challenges and relish a team environment of natural problem solvers. We’re looking for an all-rounder who has the drive to sell holistically across an organisation- with passion, poise and energy.
**The Impact You'll Have**
1. Generate and manage a revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, social selling).
2. Build sub-vertical plans to target key industries such as Aboriginal Health organisationa, public and private hospitals, aged and home care organisations, and NDIS providers.
3. Identify and engage decision-makers within organisations to qualify business opportunities.
4. Schedule and conduct discovery calls, qualifying prospects using BANT methodology and coordinating follow-ups for Account Executives with good hand-over communication.
5. Meet or exceed targets for qualified sales leads (SQLs), ARR, and daily activity metrics.
6. Collaborate with the ANZ Health team to refine prioritisation models, operational processes, and internal tools.
7. Take ownership of light customer implementation and resolve technical issues to ensure platform effectiveness.
**The Experience You'll Bring**
1. 12+ months of B2B sales or business development experience (preferred).
2. Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Zoominfo, Groove, Lusha, and/or other lead generation tools.
3. Proven ability to exceed KPIs and activity targets.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
5. Motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
1. Familiarity with the ANZ healthcare space
2. Experience selling to healthcare and/or public sector organisations.
3. Ability to leverage AI, data analysis/ SQL queries, and tools like Salesforce to generate prospecting lists
4. Positive attitude and a team player
5. Coachable
