**About the Role**
The Ariane team helps drivers with licensing, the onboarding process and supports drivers in their initial steps with Uber. By supporting drivers with their beginning at Uber, the team helps Uber driver growth and supply in local markets.
In the program, CommOps and Ops collaborate closely to understand and tackle driver partners’ most important priorities through specialised and dedicated Perspective account managers.
**What you'll do**
1. Develop and manage Driver relationships through outbound trigger-based calling
2. Take ownership of managing multiple driver accounts
3. Provide customised coaching and recommendations to your driver partners
4. Deliver against multiple KPIs, per market priorities: GBs, engagement, cancellation rate, etc.
5. Act as a voice of the customer capturing insights at every opportunity
**What you'll need**
1. Sales and account management experience in a contact centre environment.
2. You have at least 6 month experience in sales and retention.
3. Sales or Account Management experience
