#### **About the Role**
The **Sr. Sales Ops Associate** role is a unique opportunity to apply your problem-solving skills to drive impact across Uber Eats’ **SMB restaurant acquisition and expansion** efforts in Latin America. You’ll play a key role in designing, refining, and optimizing **processes, projects, and products** to enhance the **Early Life Cycle** for SMB partners.
Your work will directly support our mission to help restaurants grow through data-driven insights, streamlined operations, and seamless onboarding strategies.
#### **What You'll Do**
- Lead the **strategy and execution** of restaurant SMB acquisition processes across Latin America.
- Monitor **pipeline performance and target attainment**, ensuring sustainable growth through **daily, weekly, and monthly** analysis.
- Develop and implement **Early Lifecycle strategies** to maximize activation and long-term engagement.
- Collaborate across teams—including **Sales, Product, and Operations**—to align efforts and enhance the **customer journey**.
- Design, test, and implement **activation and engagement initiatives** using data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as the **liaison between regional teams and global product stakeholders**, ensuring priorities are aligned.
- Adapt global products to meet **regional needs**, while maintaining consistency in execution.
- Identify **gaps in current processes** and develop innovative solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Be an **advocate for Uber Eats' mission**, representing the brand and product with enthusiasm and strategic vision.
#### **What You'll Need**
- **5+ years** of experience in **Sales Operations, Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Business Intelligence/Analytics**, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in **project and program management**, with the ability to **manage multiple priorities** in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong influencing skills to engage **stakeholders across teams**, fostering collaboration and driving execution.
- A **data-driven mindset**, with strong **critical thinking and analytical skills** to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Exceptional **communication, organization, and problem-solving skills**.
- Ability to **multi-task and deliver results** with attention to detail.
- **Business-level English proficiency**.
#### **Preferred Qualifications**
- **5+ years** of experience in a **Sales or B2B organization**.
- Proficiency in **SQL** to analyze and interpret data.
- Experience with **CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)**.
