The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting GTM strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas and global teams that work across the business areas. As a Learning Specialist you design and develop learning experiences for Google’s Global Business Organization, customers and partners to support their growth, effectiveness and development. You will combine business data and design thinking to build multimodal learning experiences that drive improved business results against the highest-priority business objectives. In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing the needs of Go-To-Market learners, working with stakeholders and subject matter experts to align to business priorities, and ultimately, crafting learning experiences that enable individual growth, while driving business impact.
