Role Summary
The SMB Account Manager will oversee inbound business generated through channel partners, providing support to customers with 1–100 employees within South East Asia. Responsibilities include assisting partners with quotes, renewals, deal registrations, licensing, and other sales-related activities.
Please note this role is remote, we do require candidates to be based within the Philippines and easy reach to the Makati office. for days requested by the hiring manager to join team meetings onsite.
