About the Role 

The Sr. Designer will combine creativity and technical skills to produce expertly crafted work. First and foremost, you can operate independently and efficiently, (this position will work directly with the Audi client in most instances) always ensuring the accuracy of designs and adherence to brand guidelines and corporate identity (CI) at all phases of the design process. You’re also able to provide design perspective to help execute creative across a variety of platforms. You’ll work in a wide range of print and digital mediums, including advertisements, direct mail, out-of-home, brochures, sales sheets, social media, banner ads, email, landing pages, collateral, and design products, but with a strong emphasis in production and presentation design (Microsoft PPT). You will need to be a detail-driven, organized, high-level communicator with a willingness to evolve as technology reshapes our industry.

 

What you will do:

  • Handle various design tasks, such as developing and editing PowerPoint presentations, designing print and digital layouts and templates, resizing or cropping images, light retouching, compressing, or converting files across multiple software programs (web/mobile/print). 
    • Ability to edit short form videos a plus
  • Work with stakeholders to interpret and transform raw data into clear and compelling charts, graphs, icons, graphics and other visual representations to convey information in an easily digestible format 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather necessary information, clarify design requirements, and deliver effective solutions.
  • Prepare print-ready files and digital files for delivery
  • Perform thorough quality assurance assessments on designs to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines before final delivery
  • Address client feedback professionally and make necessary revisions to address requested changes.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively  
  • Manage design file organization

 

 

What you will need:

  • 5-7 years of experience as a designer
  • Self-starting, organized, detail-oriented person with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • The ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) as well as MS PowerPoint, Keynote, and MS Word.
  • Understanding of color management, print quality management and industry standard printing methods 
  • Understanding of digital file development and production
