Job summary:

In this role, you will work with data and creative technology to develop effective communication solutions for clients. You will play a key part in optimizing digital marketing performance across channels, leveraging technical tools and insights to drive impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the systems and technologies required to execute seamless omnichannel strategies.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Visualization

  • Collect, clean, and process large datasets to uncover actionable trends and insights.
  • Translate complex data into clear, visually engaging dashboards and presentations for internal teams and clients.
  • Partner with creative teams to embed data visualizations into advertising materials, enhancing campaign storytelling.

Campaign Framework Development & Optimization

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design data-driven campaign strategies.
  • Use insights from audience behavior, market analysis, and campaign performance metrics to refine strategies.
  • Provide guidance on optimizing campaigns for specific goals, such as brand awareness, engagement, or conversions.

Campaign Performance Reporting

  • Regularly monitor and evaluate campaign performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Generate detailed reports with actionable insights to guide future strategies.
  • Communicate findings in a manner that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Influencer Analytics

  • Analyze influencer data to assess their impact on campaign objectives, such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Support the influencer marketing team in identifying suitable partners and optimizing partnerships.
  • Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing to ensure alignment with industry standards.

Technology for Creative Solutions

  • Research and recommend emerging technologies that can elevate campaign creativity.
  • Integrate tools like AI, AR, and other innovative solutions into advertising campaigns to enhance engagement.
  • Provide training and guidance on leveraging technology within the creative team.

Quality Assurance

  • Implement robust data validation and quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with data providers and stakeholders to address and resolve discrepancies.

Continuous Learning & Development

  • Monitor industry trends and advancements in data analytics, marketing technologies, and creative solutions.
  • Attend workshops, conferences, or online courses to stay at the forefront of the field.
  • Share learnings with the team to foster a culture of innovation and growth.

Desired skills & experiences:

Essential

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in data analysis, with a preference for advertising or creative industries.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data analysis tools and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with precision.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with social listening platforms 
  • Experience in influencer analytics, including evaluating performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of audience segmentation and the ability to build detailed audience profiles.
  • Understanding of marketing technology tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain insights clearly to diverse teams.
