what we are looking for 

Responsible for the smooth running of Health & Wellness accounts, including pharmaceutical clients, and delivering their advertising campaigns.

- Able to lead and manage a diverse team effectively.

- Plays a key role in creating advertising and creative strategies for Health & Wellness and pharmaceutical clients.

- Thinks of new and innovative solutions to business challenges and promotes the agency’s services, especially Brand Stewardship.

- We are looking for someone with experience working with pharmaceutical clients.

- To show leadership and drive in thinking of innovative solutions to business/strategic problems and in merchandising the Agency’s services (particularly Brand Stewardship)

PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION

• Provides a clear direction for the team in support of health and wellness business objectives. • Gives effective feedback and coaches individuals to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviours in the health and wellness sector. • Conducts regular performance and development reviews. • Recognizes and values work done well. • Runs a team, negotiating for resources and allocating tasks within and across departments, controlling timelines and budgets, anticipating issues, solving problems, and working toward solutions. • Acts as the client’s day-to-day contact for all strategic and creative health and wellness-related matters. • Understands the dynamics of the health and wellness market and the brand’s position within it. • Builds in-depth knowledge of health and wellness brands, synthesizing and interpreting information to support strategic decision-making. • Drives the ongoing strategic direction of health and wellness brands, encouraging and supporting others in their market analysis and brand strategy development. • Ensures all brand activity aligns with agreed-upon health and wellness strategies. • Works to align client and agency expectations across all health and wellness projects. • Represents individual or team perspectives in a convincing and compelling manner when speaking or writing. • Understands and appreciates the financial planning process for health and wellness projects. • Controls costs to ensure projects are completed within budget. • Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the business implications of specific health and wellness brand activities. • Identifies business development opportunities and highlights them to senior management. • Demonstrates expertise in the health and wellness communications mix, leveraging diverse channels to deliver brand messages effectively. • Demonstrates excellent writing skills tailored to health and wellness communications. • Demonstrates strong selling skills for health and wellness solutions. • Executes 360 Branding strategies and utilizes all elements of the Brand Stewardship toolbox for health and wellness clients.
