You understand the core concepts of strategy and have extensive experience solving client’s business problems on both a marketing and visual level.

Above all, you are brave and curious. You know pharma and are excited to challenge the rules to create work that can inspire hearts and minds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client.
  • Work effectively with copywriters and/or medical writers to create powerful, thought-provoking work that’s code-compliant but NOT standard healthcare.

  • Design with consistency, accuracy and creative flair.
  • Create and conceptualise multiple concepts.
  • Ability to execute ideas flawlessly – paying particular attention to design, layout and typography.
  • Where you can, you always look to bring innovation into the work. Whether that’s AI, AR, VR, a new product idea or simply a new way of doing something that’s never been done.
  • Collaborate with our digital experience team to continually push boundaries and ensure digital deliverables follow best practices.
  • Present new and wonderful craft-orientated partners or new artists to work with where possible.
  • Craft is everything. Always ensure ours is the best. From the simplest job to a campaign, anything that leaves the Ogilvy Health office is of the highest quality.

About You

  • Healthcare communications experience working with prescription, over-the-counter and consumer brands.
  • A great eye and skill with a thorough understanding of design, photography and typography.
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare communications.
  • Knowledgeable of the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct to ensure code-compliant work.
  • Leads by example, hardworking, dedicated and passionate about healthcare communications.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive, calm and considerate manner are essential.
  • Proactive and positive approach to work and an eagerness to learn and progress.

About the Offer

  • A tailored personal development plan to help you identify and achieve your goals, coupled with a dedicated manager to support your career and personal development.
  • A monthly allowance for your mobile phone or home internet connection.
  • Additional time off including your birthday, summer Fridays, and loyalty leave. As well as Ogilvy Health Day. Yep, it’s a thing.
  • We offer discounted rates with Health Insurance and Fitness providers.
  • As well as yoga, meditation, and wellbeing programs to help keep your mind in shape.
  • And confidential counselling support if your personal or professional life throws you a curveball.
  • There are reward programs to acknowledge achievement and loyalty.
  • And we’ll give you a bonus for bringing other talented people into the business.
  • Access to discounts and vouchers for big household name brands via our benefits platform, perkSPACE.
