As the Associate Director for our Ready to Heat Brand Youfoodz, reporting into the VP of Product ANZ Hellofresh group, you own the physical and digital product experience. Leading the product team located directly in our Brisbane facility, you will envision, launch and optimise products that will underpin the next stages of our growth, delighting our customers and creating the YouFoodz product of tomorrow.

You will…

• Work with leadership to contribute to Youfoodz subscription product strategy. You will justify your proposal with data-driven and customer-informed prioritisation methods, collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve sign off on the product roadmap, and align prioritisation and resources
• Collaborate closely with our YouFoodz marketing experts to build, deliver and optimise the physical and digital product portfolio
• Collaborate closely with our YouFoodz operations experts to turn the product strategy into a detailed quarterly product roadmap
• Lead the Culinary, Product Excellence and Menu Planning teams in creating and executing strategies that enhance product quality and market fit.
• Oversee New and Existing Product Development pipelines taking into consideration budgets, seasonality & customer insights.
• Manage the end-to-end meal development process, working with technical teams to ensure timely product launches that meet COGS and operational guidelines.
• Own Product-led budget in quarterly and yearly Budget cycles.
• Drive the improvement of our YouFoodz menus, liaising with the Customer Insights, Analytics, Operations, Menu Planning and Culinary teams
• Lead complex cross-functional product implementation, bringing Finance, Marketing, Research, Operations & Tech together to make sure that ideas are well executed, provide great customer experiences and impact the bottom line
• Work closely with the global HelloFresh team to coordinate product development, market testing, online and mobile product delivery, pricing and UX

You have…

• 8+ years of experience working in product management, development or customer strategy and/or a strategy consultancy firm
• Proven experience in crafting data-driven business/ product strategy and translating into detailed roadmaps based on cross-functional inputs
• Outstanding analytical skills, a demonstrated ability to pull and interpret large amounts of data and make sound business judgement and recommendations

• Able to influence, gather input and drive alignment among a diverse set of stakeholders. You are able to lead without authority and motivate others to deliver on longer term projects as well as day to day operations
• Well-versed with web-based consumer behaviour and UX and obsessed with Customer experience (that you balance with a strong business acumen)
• Able to write succinct and compelling business proposals and recommendations
• Have strong up and downward management skills with clear communication
• Have a “roll up sleeves” attitude to entering workstreams and getting them over the line 
• Proactive, ambitious, and assertive: you take ownership of your work
• Entrepreneurial and can make things happen

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role. You must have the right to work full-time in Australia
