Analyst, Ingredients Sourcing Center of Excellence

We’re hiring an Analyst to join our Center of Excellence Team within our Strategic Sourcing department here at HelloFresh. In this exciting role, you will be a key partner to our purchasing leaders, support core budgeting processes, and drive strategic sourcing initiatives. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to have a genuine interest in analyzing ambiguous datasets to identify actionable business insights, negotiations, and a strong desire to make a data driven big impact.

You will…

• Collaborate with Procurement category leaders to facilitate and drive strategic value creation initiatives
• Provide analytical support to our strategy managers during competitive bid projects (RfPs)
• Support our quarterly budgeting process for the entire enterprise across all lines of businesses
• Perform and present ad-hoc spend analytics per requests from cross-functional stakeholders and Executive Leadership

• Agile – You thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments and are comfortable working autonomously.

You have… 

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytical capacity (preparing complex reports, presentations, and data visualizations) and/or 1-2 years of management consulting experience
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Business, Math, Engineering, Data/Computer Science, or other relevant areas of study
• Advanced Fluency in spreadsheet modeling and data analytics  
• Basic experience with database languages and structures (e.g. SQL) and programming languages (e.g. Python) are a plus.
• This position's essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:
  • Prolonged periods working at a desk and on a computer
  • Read information on a computer screen and inputting data into a computer system
