Associate, Technology and Customer Experience

The Associate is responsible for data analysis, technology platform maintenance and assisting the Last Mile and First/Middle Mile and Customer Experience domain owners with daily operations.. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining internal Logistics tools and databases, supporting the execution of team projects and stakeholder initiatives and building analysis to help determine team roadmaps. Additional tasks will include supporting weekly reporting activities; providing regular and ad-hoc in-depth analysis on in-flight and completed initiatives, and leveraging this analysis to provide the team with insight and recommendations for potential automation opportunities.

You will…

• Report to the Senior Manager and work to enhance customer delivery experience from a technical standpoint
• Standardize tooling and assist in identifying automation potential for manual processes within Logistics
• Serve as the owner of specific processes to develop, improve, and maintain tools
• Support tracking of 1MM+ packages/week through the US
• Work with cross-functional teams to define problem statements, develop solutions and drive quantifiable results
• Work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions
• Drive a customer-focused environment committed to delivering the highest quality product to our customers
• Engage with external software providers along senior team members, to understand their solutions and how they could accelerate our business or operations
• Assist in vendor search and onboarding processes for large scale platform requests 
• Establish data and platform maintenance best practices across Logistics team
• Capture, manage and maintain the data integrity within new platforms 
• Ensure our processes and systems scale to support the future growth of the business

You have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or other relevant areas of study
• 2 years of experience with a logistics, product, or analytics role
• Ability to travel up to 5% within the United States 
• Ability to work with multiple database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions 
• Experience in turning analysis into action using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python and/or Tableau highly preferred
• This position's essential functions demand the performance of the following physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation:

• Reading information on a computer screen and inputting data into a computer system
