Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in technical consulting on AI projects.
  • Experience designing conversational applications with Google Dialog Flow or similar products/tools and leading their implementation.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to collaborate with English and French speaking stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in understanding contact center technologies and platforms (e.g., Avaya, Genesys, Cisco, Mitel, Twilio, etc.).
  • Experience designing applications powered by Large Language Models and leading their implementation.
  • Experience in technical consulting.

As a Cloud Conversational AI Consultant, you will work with Google Cloud customers to design and to implement conversational interfaces for contact centers, websites, mobile applications, popular messaging platforms, and IoT devices using Google Cloud products. You will work with customers to identify opportunities to apply Conversational AI in their business, and travel to customer sites to design and oversee the development of solutions. You will work with customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks and issues, and timelines for successful client outcomes. Additionally, you will work closely with Cloud Sales and Product Management to identify opportunities for driving excellence in our products.

  • Work with Customers, Partners, and Google Product teams to scope, manage and deliver successful implementations of Conversational AI solutions into production.
  • Propose solution architectures and manage the deployment of Conversational AI solutions (including Agent Assist and Agent Insights) according to complex customer requirements and implementation best practices.
  • Coach customers on the practical challenges in Conversational AI, design of conversational flows, integrations with third-party systems like contact centers, websites, mobile applications, and popular messaging platforms.
  • Be a trusted technical advisor to customers and solve real business challenges with Conversational AI.
  • Travel regularly (up to 30%, although we also frequently use video conferencing) in-person for meetings, technical reviews, and onsite delivery activities.
