As an Attraction Supervisor, you will own the consistent execution of the daily operations consistent with the creative vision of the Netflix House Attractions Team in two IP-driven Location-Based Experiences (LBEs) within Netflix House. You will be focused on both the performative and physical show aspects of the attractions. This role blends operational acumen with the ability to lead and inspire in-show performers, an eye for detail, the ability to execute on a creative vision, and a passion for our Fan/Guest Experience.

The Attractions Supervisor will ensure that every element, from scenic environments to technical execution to talent performance, delivers on Netflix’s promise of immersive, story-driven excellence. You will be tasked with hiring, onboarding, training, and developing Crew and giving the team the tools they need to succeed on a daily basis. This individual will be responsible for following attraction SOPs and thinking strategically about Fan flow and throughput within the attraction. The Attractions Supervisor is responsible for show timing and pulsing Fans into the experience on schedule. This role supports the logistical show elements of moving attractions from Netflix House to Netflix House. The ideal Attraction Supervisor is someone who always drives for continuous improvement and has a passion for curating the best experience delivery possible.

This on-site, salaried role reports to the Assistant General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA. 

What you will do: 

  • Supervise the on-site operations within the two IP-driven Location-Based Experiences, including performance, scenic, and prop elements.

  • Act as a stage manager for the attraction, coordinating all of the physical aspects and personnel and adhering to show timing schedules.

  • Determine hiring, training, and deployment strategies depending on which Attraction experience is active at any time.

  • Develop a local talent pool of Crew members who can fill a variety of roles, including fully scripted, ad-libbed, and non-speaking.

  • In collaboration with HR, run auditions to find top talent for roles.

  • Follow Attraction SOPs and utilize the show control system.

  • Develop strategies to optimize and seamlessly manage labor when Attractions rotate in and out of the location.

  • Optimize ongoing operations, including Fan flow through the attractions, to achieve maximum efficiency and best-in-class Fan Service.

  • Own the costume and makeup operation for all Crew, including responsibility for the Wardrobe / Hair-Makeup room. 

  • Run rehearsals as needed and manage the Warmup / Rehearsal room.

  • Align with the Assistant General Manager and other operational departments to provide a seamless Fan experience.

  • Coordinate with other Netflix House sites and Corporate operations teams on touring logistics to bring attractions into and out of Netflix House Philadelphia as the attractions rotate between locations.

  • Manage the inventory of show elements in the inventory management system to ensure that all items travel with the attraction.

  • Create end-of-day operational reports for the attractions.

  • Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of experience supervising performers and talent in a theme park, attraction, theater, or similar fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in identifying top talent via an audition process.

  • Strong knowledge of hiring practices and training & development strategies for performers.

  • Experience managing direct and indirect teams in an environment that embraces continual learning and change.

  • Ability to operate in a technology-heavy environment, including show controls.

  • Strong knowledge of touring attractions and logistical challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction.
