Our Experiences team puts fans at the center of their favorite stories, in real life, through permanent entertainment venues, Netflix House, and touring attractions around the world. Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.

As the Event Supervisor, you will play a key role in designing and executing unforgettable events, activations, and ongoing programming at Netflix House Philadelphia that drive guest engagement, support business objectives, and bring Netflix IP to life in compelling, culturally resonant ways.

The Event Supervisor will work cross-functionally across many teams to operate a slate of events that encourages repeat visits from our Fans in the local community. This on-site, salaried role reports to the Assistant General Manager and is based in King of Prussia, PA.

What you will do:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally across teams with Netflix House leadership, corporate marketing, and other partners to plan and execute activations, seasonal events, pop-ups, and brand-aligned surprises.

  • Maintain a year-round programming calendar in the venue management system, which acts as the master calendar for the Event Space and all activated locations.

  • Supervise a team (Crew) that is dedicated to running special events.

  • Liaise with local vendors that support special events and programming.

  • Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of special events and programming, providing recommendations based on Fan feedback and data insights.

  • Partner with on-site management to continually improve the Fan experience and overall Fan journey within Netflix House Philadelphia, ensuring programming and special events are seamlessly integrated, logistically sound, and aligned with all EHS standards.

  • Maintain regular communication with other Netflix Houses and the corporate team to provide learnings and help inform overall program development.

  • Create run-of-show documents, complete post-event reports, and prepare overall reporting for events and programs.

  • Promote and foster a mindset of continuous innovation for internal teams and external partners.

What we need from you:

  • Demonstrated 3+ years of delivering special events and supervising an events team in live entertainment, attractions, theater, hospitality, or experiential environments.

  • Experience with calendar software/venue management systems preferred.

  • Deep understanding of attraction seasonality and devising ways to drive event attendance in non-peak periods.

  • Strong familiarity with Netflix titles and the ability to translate IPs into compelling real-world experiences.

  • Demonstrated experience driving safe, engaging, and innovative programming by developing immersive activations, ensuring EHS compliance, collaborating with key stakeholders, and optimizing guest experiences while maintaining a secure environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and digital.

  • Excellent leadership skills.

  • Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.

  • Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 365-day attraction.
