Role Overview:
Myntra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our Marketplace and Omnichannel team under Fulfilled by Myntra (FBM) charter. The role will play a crucial role in expanding our network of suppliers and partners, ensuring a seamless and efficient onboarding process. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and understanding compliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for FBM, including initial outreach, negotiation of terms, documentation, and integration with internal systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Category and Operations, to streamline onboarding procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract potential vendors
- Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance, addressing any issues or concerns, and identifying opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream. Master's degree optional
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development and onboarding, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical abilities, with experience in data-driven decision-making and performance measurement
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with internal and external partners
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Office Suites
