Overall responsibility of driving monetization target by creating the right value proposition across display and search based advertising on Myntra
Build objective driven media plans for ad sales team
Ideate and setup processes across demand, operations and cross functional teams for smooth business process and efficient scale up for every new advertising proposition
Identify demand opportunities through ads and programme manage and convert those into recognizable income to meet the monthly and annual monetization target with demand team
Create and validate data models to drive incremental goodness across the new businesses and monetization opportunities.
Work closely on creating annual, monthly and quarterly plans for the business and create similar weekly reports for review purposes on the achievements
Ensuring great stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders including BU heads, marketing, creative, revenue, product, store-front and finance.
Derive actionable to continuously improve the value proposition with changing market scenarios and competition benchmarking
Responsible for a complaint month end realization of monetization income
Requirements:
A candidate who has
A proven track record of ideating, scaling new businesses
2+ years of media experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills and data driven mindset
An ability to learn quickly and lead and establish the team
A strong bias for action
QUALIFICATIONS
MBA from tier 1 institute.
5+ years of experience in work exp in managing ads business with media planning and ads strategy
