Senior Manager - Central Growth

Job Summary

Myntra is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Demand Generation & Growth Manager to drive our expansion into the next set of cities. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver, a master of hustle management, and an out-of-the-box thinker with strong analytical skills. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies to grow Myntra's customer base, working cross-functionally with various teams to achieve ambitious growth targets.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Strategy:  Develop and implement comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive customer acquisition and engagement in emerging cities

  • Out-of-the-Box Growth Initiatives:  Leverage unconventional and creative approaches to generate demand, such as hyperlocal campaigns, influencer partnerships, on ground activations, and digital innovations.

  •  DataDriven Decision Making:  Use data analytics to identify growth opportunities, monitor campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights. Be hands-on with metrics like CAC, LTV, ROAS, and more.

  • Stakeholder Management:  Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Strategy, and Category) to align on strategies and ensure seamless execution. Serve as a bridge between different departments to push growth initiatives.

  • Problem Solving:   Identify challenges and proactively address bottlenecks to ensure smooth scaling of operations in new markets. Bring innovative solutions to drive growth.

 Qualifications & Skills

 Experience:  3-5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or similar roles, preferably in ecommerce or consumer internet sectors.

  Skills:

  •    Proven experience in scaling demand generation efforts in nonmetro regions.

  •    Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, SQL, and data visualization platforms.

  •    Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.

  •    Ability to think creatively and implement innovative growth hacks.

  •    Comfortable with ambiguity and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  •    Strong communication and presentation skills.
