Associate: Speed Operations

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive brand/seller onboarding into the
Omnichannel module, enabling them to fulfill online orders from their stores. You will identify, engage,
negotiate, and manage the onboarding process while driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

 Business Development & Onboarding: Identify and build relationships with brands and sellers
with a physical retail presence to onboard them onto the Omnichannel platform
Prospecting & Relationship Management: Engage with potential and existing sellers,
showcasing the benefits of omnichannel fulfillment, and help sellers transition from warehouse
to retail store fulfillment
Seller Engagement & Negotiation: Lead discussions with decision-makers, explaining the
omnichannel model’s benefits and negotiating commercial terms
Onboarding Coordination: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, collaborating with
tech teams to ensure smooth integration and a seamless seller experience
Expansion Opportunities: Identify and encourage existing brands to expand their store
network by onboarding additional retail locations to the Omnichannel platform
Collaboration &Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and
drive results in line with strategic objectives
Market Insights & Competitive Analysis: Understand the competitive landscape and leverage
insights to position the omnichannel model, identifying opportunities for increased revenue and
growth
Team & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective
execution, process improvements, and project success

Key Qualifications:
 Experience: Experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in
ecommerce, retail, or omnichannel business models.
 Education: Bachelor’s degree
 Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, Ability to communicate complex business
models clearly and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders
