The role
As a Senior Campaign Project Manager at HelloFresh, you will be part of our in-house International agency team based in Berlin. You will play a crucial role in delivering one of two key global campaigns across multiple formats and channels.
You will be instrumental in bringing a highly creative integrated 360 campaign to life that reaches millions of people all over the world across 16 markets, and that plays a defining role in shaping the identity of HelloFresh Group brands. You will lead the end to end process working with the entire creative team delivering against key milestones and all 360 creative deliverables in a full funnel campaign across: Paid Social, CRM, TV and OOH.
We are looking for a highly experienced, strong, enthusiastic project manager who can communicate confidently with the creative team on all levels, including senior stakeholders across the business, and with various marketing functions on a multi market level.
You’ll also bring strong senior level exec agency experience having worked on multi-market high impact campaigns for one of the top advertisers on an international level.
While you bring the seniority, you are also a 360 expert who has deep knowledge of the entire channel mix, and is hands-on with teams. Digital campaign management experience is also key.
You will not only be managing the concept phase, but also be on-top of the production and executional phases, ensuring assets are delivered to the highest standards on time across multiple markets.
You bring people along with you on the journey, with your strong stakeholder management skills, building relationships quickly and understanding the matrix.

What you’ll do
- Manage the creative delivery of a large 360 brand campaign, steering in-house creative teams and cross-functional teams in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
- Reporting to the Senior Lead based in the Creative Ops team in our studio in Berlin, overseeing end to end campaign management, with a strong focus on digital
- Manage an internal group of stakeholders at the studio including: producers, designers and copywriters
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders such as Paid media, Local growth teams, Project Managers, Brand Management to ensure campaign deliverables are tracking to time according to key milestones
- Plan, facilitate and track continuous improvement to ensure project timelines are met and project deliverables stay on track
- Manage the production process with in-house creative teams, from asset execution to channel delivery from Paid channels to organic social
- Risk analysis and mitigation with senior management and senior creative teams
- End to end project management: scoping, managing deliverables, timelines, cadences, reporting etc.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant university degree, education and or experience in marketing, business or other related field of study
- Passion for creating excellent creative work and shows strong creative judgment - you’re someone who stays on top of the latest best work in the industry and award winning campaigns
- 6+ years experience in project management, senior account management roles in agencies and or in-house
- Agency experience preferred - especially digital first campaign management experience
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and across all channels from TV, Paid Media, OOH, video and photography.
- Extensive experience working with creative teams and a strong understanding of creative processes
- Hands-on experience with project managing cross-functional brand campaigns/initiatives from start to finish
- Strong senior stakeholder management experience - not afraid to take the lead when necessary to remove silos and ensure continuous alignment
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritizing and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Data driven, with experience of creative testing and campaign evaluation metrics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to influence and motivate people at all levels within a matrix organization
- Detail-oriented, organized, self-starter and a great communicator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
