This year we have seen exponential growth within our NAM team, especially in Chicago. As the team continues to grow, we want to make sure that we maintain a strong sense of belonging and connection to TK culture within the Hub. As NAM Community Experience Associate, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the artifacts of TravelPerk’s culture. From enhancing our Onboarding experience to creating exciting and engaging experiences within the workspace, your key goal will be to attract, retain and engage great talent.

Compensation:
Compensation for this role comprises of a base salary, anticipated to be $60,000. Actual compensation may vary based on specific qualifications, experience, and other job-related factors.
How we work
Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk serves as the platform for human connection in-real-life (IRL). We take an IRL - first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 4 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our Chicago hub (office locations). We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in-real-life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
At TravelPerk, we prioritise experience and potential over academic qualifications for this role. We believe that talent and ability aren't always reflected in formal credentials.
