As the Global Civics Partnerships Lead, you will drive YouTube's partnership efforts to demonstrate the platform's value as a destination for civic engagement and political discourse.
From crafting initiatives that inspire and engage government official entities to use YouTube to connect with their constituents, to helping political creators and publishers understand how the platform works, you are at the forefront of how YouTube supports a thriving political ecosystem across a diversity of viewpoints, formats and types of creators.
You will act as a team lead, managing a US based team of Strategic Partner Managers and collaborating with team members around the world to develop and execute strategy.

Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $211,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
