- Experience partnering with third-party service providers to jointly design and manage operational services for large-scale operations.
- Experience with stakeholder influence and management, cross-functional partnerships, and executive leadership and cross-functional communication with all levels of management.
- Experience in identifying opportunities for business/product improvement, defining/measuring success, and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch/land such initiatives.
- Strong change management experience and a demonstrated track record of staying organized.

The Global Business Transformation team drives programs, processes and systems across Devices and Services business organization that enable our cross-functional partners to work efficiently and effectively. We collaborate across the organization to ensure stakeholders have access to data and tools required to drive impact and make critical business decisions. - Drive the design and execution of key operational services/capabilities supporting the Devices and Services.
- Partner with service providers to improve key processes, structure service requirements, and implement continuous improvements across operations workflows for the business.
- Set key operational priorities for projects within region, balancing the requirements and needs from both the global and regional teams as well as vendor partners.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination, establish and lead working group meetings, manage workstream dependencies and the impact on downstream working groups.
- Own the overall health of comercial operations for the region, managing and delivering key metrics, outcomes, and reporting on scorecards to cross-functional stakeholders.
