Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience developing or launching products or technologies within Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML).
  • 5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Technology or Business related field.
  • 7 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 7 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 5 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Excellent content creation skills, with experience in various formats such as blog posts, articles, videos, and presentations.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving AI frameworks adoption, building developer communities, and establishing Google Cloud as a thought leader in the AI space.This role advocates AI/ML frameworks like JAX and PyTorch, bridging internal AI advancements with cloud customers and the open-source community. You will craft a strategic product evangelism plan, produce engaging content to highlight the value of offerings. You will build thriving developer communities through prioritizing and organizing online and offline initiatives is crucial. You will also serve as a key public speaker, showcasing Google Cloud's ML innovations at industry events. Ultimately, you will showcase Google's ML excellence to the larger user community, and empower their research and innovations.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Create a comprehensive product evangelism strategy aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Oversee the development of compelling content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, videos, webinars, and presentations that showcase products' value.
  • Foster and grow vibrant developer communities through online forums, social media engagement, meetups, and hackathons. Work across teams ensuring alignment and maximize product impact.
  • Represent Google Cloud at industry events, conferences, and webinars, deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Work with the Leadership Team establish Google Cloud as a thought leader in the industry by contributing to industry publications, participating in podcasts, and engage in relevant online discussions. Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of product evangelism efforts and demonstrate ROI.
