The Challenge
Managing high-volume hiring across sales, engineering and customer care in multiple markets requires agility, foresight, and operational excellence. With teams spanning Europe and the US, you will need to adapt hiring strategies to local talent landscapes, ensuring a consistent, high-quality recruitment process while maintaining a strong employer brand.
You will be responsible for evolving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring we hire the best people efficiently and effectively. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our Barcelona HQ or London office. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
