The Commercial Strategy & Planning Manager will be a part of the LUS Enterprise Business Intelligence & Bid Management (BIBM) Team that plays a critical part in the early stages of the sales process by analyzing the market, identifying key upcoming opportunities, and spearheading the strategic effort with internal and external stakeholders to prepare for and deliver winning bids and drive existing customer growth. Within the team, the Commercial Strategy and Planning Manager will be responsible for developing and socializing a data-backed perception of the bikeshare market, identifying global markets ripe for pursuit and developing commercial strategies to drive our success and growth.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule β Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the Montreal area is CAD $94,504 - CAD $118,130. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
