We are seeking an experienced Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives and Account Managers. In this role, you'll spearhead a high-performing sales team focused on corporate commute, business travel, and courtesy rides for both Fortune 500 companies and thousands of small-to-medium businesses. You'll drive team development, ensure world-class customer service, and collaborate across the Lyft Business organization and cross-functional teams to achieve segment-level goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Define business line milestones and OKRs, and develop innovative strategies to achieve them
  • Develop, execute, and deliver on quarterly sales targets
  • Oversee and manage high-priority projects involving cross-functional stakeholders
  • Gather market feedback and incorporate the voice of the customer into product roadmaps
  • Partner with the team to ensure healthy pipeline development and funnel management
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship to a geographically dispersed sales team with varying levels of seniority
  • Build relationships with Lyft Business customers to understand their evolving needs
  • Manage P&L and understand the financial impact and long-term implications of decisions on the business
  • Effectively communicate Lyft Business’ value proposition to customers
  • Proactively build partnerships and bridges to drive process efficiency, productivity, and quality
  • Organize internal and external groups to advance or improve products and processes

Experience:

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in market-facing roles (e.g., account management or business development) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Background in technology-focused, B2B sales
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain, and develop top talent
  • Proven experience leading a team through the entire sales process from prospecting to close
  • Excellent project management skills and strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple work streams/priorities simultaneously
  • Effective executive communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a proactive approach

This role will be located in either the San Francisco or New York City office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid

The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco or New York City metropolitan area is $203,000 -  $253,750. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
