The Lyft Urban Solutions (LUS) Firmware Engineer role is key in the development and delivery of Lyftβs micromobility hardware offerings, including electric bikes, scooters, batteries, stations, and more! We are looking for a Firmware Engineer who brings exceptional technical skills to contribute in NPI (New Product Introduction) and fleet sustainability programs that unlock value for the cities across the globe that use our products. Firmware Engineers at Lyft collaborate closely with hardware, operations, and manufacturing teams, necessitating strong technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills. They are proactive problem solvers who drive initiatives forward, ensuring the successful delivery of key results that significantly impact the business.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule β Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Additionally, hybrid roles have the flexibility to work from anywhere for up to 4 weeks per year. #Hybrid
The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $128,000 - $175,500. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
