Description:
Amazon Ads is seeking an Agency Development Manager who combines creative excellence with commercial acumen to drive business growth through agency holding companies. This role will be instrumental in unlocking new revenue streams by inspiring creative teams and strategists to develop groundbreaking projects leveraging Amazon's creative capabilities and properties. The ideal candidate will be a creative thought leader who can develop relationships, educate, co-create with agencies, drive innovative projects, and bring new revenue through the development of relationships with creative and strategist audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture relationships with creative, strategy, and planning leadership within agencies
• Identify and develop new creative opportunities that drive incremental revenue growth
• Lead creative summits, roadshows, and innovation sessions with agency partners
• Develop and share creative best practices, case studies, and inspiration to drive agency adoption of Amazon's creative solutions
• Partner with creative leaders and strategists within major agency holding companies to inspire and enable innovative uses of Amazon Ads creative solutions
• Lead creative workshops, ideation sessions, and training programs to elevate the quality of creative campaigns across Amazon properties
• Co-create breakthrough campaigns and projects with agency teams, pushing the boundaries of creative possibilities on Amazon
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance creative product offerings based on agency feedback and market needs
• 8+ years of experience in creative leadership, strategic planning, or creative technology roles at major agencies or digital platforms
• Proven track record of developing innovative creative campaigns and solutions
• Deep understanding of digital creative capabilities and emerging trends
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and strategic approach
• Experience in creative stakeholder management across agency functions
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
• Understanding of media and advertising landscape
• Experience working with major agency holding companies
• Background in digital creative innovation or creative technology
• Understanding of e-commerce creative best practices
• Experience in creative strategy for retail media or digital platforms
• Strong network within agency creative departments
