Are you interested in innovating to deliver an excellent level of service to Amazon’s Selling Partners? At Amazon International Seller Services, our mission is to make Sellers successful on Amazon. The seller growth function devises programs to recruit new Sellers and improve existing Seller performance by driving them to adopt to relevant Amazon products and services. We provide necessary support to new Sellers starting from their launch on Amazon to removing blockers and setting them up for success by leveraging various programs and tools.

Key job responsibilities
• Contacting Sellers to fast track their onboarding procedure, by notifying them on the required/missing documents for onboarding.
• Providing Sellers with white-glove support to book their first shipment through calls and emails.
• Increase the shipping frequency of Sellers by continuously monitoring their activity and nudge them in case they are dormant.
• Maintaining a good seller relationship to assist sellers with any blocker when cross-bordering their goods between European countries and providing a great seller experience.
• Managing and driving the growth of the Sellers business by providing market place recommendation and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers
• Managing key improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams.
• Tracking and reporting performance using appropriate metrics. Achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
• Using Voice of Seller and HMD as key metrices to flag & improve SX.

A day in the life
Your day will progress driving seller engagement to help selling partners use this tool to cross border their shipments .This is done using EU Compliance processes to ensure friction free selling on Amazon platforms. Seller retention to book their subsequnet shipments is also a key role to play. You will speak with Sellers in different countries via phone and email and use various internal tools. You will work with various internal teams to support new projects and launches, capture feedback and suggest process improvements to continue raising the bar in seller experience. Bachelor degree (preferably in Computer Science or Business) and 0 to 3 years of relevant working experience
Excellent communication skills in written and oral English with the ability to face external and internal partners in a professional and mature manner
Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel) applications
Interest in e-Commerce/Online business
Desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment and passion for delivering great customer experience
Attention to detail and high capability to work on different projects in parallel
Creative and analytical problem solver with a passion for operational excellenceGerman Certification: B2.2 and above level. Excellent communication skills in written and oral German
