As the Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator , you will be a specialist for hiring operations, ensuring a seamless, candidate-centered hiring process. You will keep the interviewing processes organized and efficient while actively maintaining clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates (e.g., from entry-level to executive leadership hires). You will work on improving both operational efficiencies and candidate experience to contribute to the success of the Staffing team across the world. Your responsibilities will include:-

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating interview schedules, hiring events. Organize logistics, liaising with candidates, and Zscalers across all functions. Partner with all levels of Zscalers to arrange interview schedules and provide a boutique level experience for candidates and stakeholders.
  • Managing relationships with talent acquisition stakeholders to ensure efficiency in the management of Zscaler interviews.
  • Developing data-driven strategies and insights, identifying both short and long term opportunities.
  • Improving processes using a data-driven approach, including developing tools, efficiency, and automation solutions focused on improving operational efficiencies and candidate experiences. 
  • Assisting with other related recruitment coordination duties and input into projects as required

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 2+  years of working as a successful Recruitment Coordinator in a fast paced and professional environment.
  • Experience  with structuring problems and working with data to uncover insights, create presentations, and make story lines to assist executive decisions.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with multiple stakeholders at all levels with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks successfully, working independent within a compliant and regulated business and within a team environment
  • Willing to work in US shift (PST)

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in improving and identifying issues in processes.
  • Experience in suggesting improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make these changes
  • Experience with the ATS (Workday/Greenhouse) and GSuite
