Amazon.co.jp is looking for Account Manager who is a Customer-centric, data driven and result-oriented person. JP Consumables launched Amazon Pharmacy in Jul 2024 as we see a large opportunity for new selection and improving customer experience in healthcare segment on Amazon.co.jp.

Key job responsibilities
*Pharmacy Recruiting and Account Management (AM)
*New partner engagement (Biz Dev)

This role will focus on the sales activity to Selling Partners (Pharmacy chains). In particular, this will own new seller recruitment, onboarding support, account management and also be involved in creating sales strategy and SOP in line with product development. This role is also responsible for biz dev with healthcare industrial players (Medical institutions, healthcare service providers) for our business growth.
It offers an exciting opportunity to build innovative customer experience by closely collaborating with product / program managers.

- 3+ years of sales or account management experience
- Experience with Excel
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers- Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for each of the managed accounts
- Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
