We are seeking an innovative and experienced Senior UX Designer to lead our Experience Design & Innovation efforts for enterprise-wide transformation. This role is crucial in designing and delivering scalable, enterprise-wide transformation experiences, services, and tools that meet the evolving needs of our rapidly growing, complex, and globally dispersed businesses. The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) tools and models to accelerate organizational transformation at scale, while staying at the forefront of experience design, change, marketing, and enablement practices.

Key job responsibilities
1. Playbook Design and Development:
o Lead the UX design for our High Velocity Transformation Playbook, ensuring it's intuitive, agile, and scalable across various organizational contexts.
o Leverage GenAI capabilities to create dynamic, personalized transformation strategies and content that can be rapidly deployed and adapted.
2. Transformation Experience Roadmap:
o Collaborate with leadership to develop a comprehensive transformation experience roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and timelines.
o Design and maintain a visual representation of the roadmap that clearly communicates transformation milestones, dependencies, and expected outcomes.
o Ensure the roadmap integrates seamlessly with the High Velocity Transformation Playbook.
3. User Research and Analysis:
o Conduct fast-paced, comprehensive user research to understand the needs of transformation leaders, agile teams, and employees across different levels of the organization.
o Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve the playbook's effectiveness and speed of implementation.
o Use insights to inform and refine the transformation experience roadmap.
4. AI-Enhanced User Interfaces:
o Design intuitive interfaces that effectively integrate GenAI functionalities, such as real-time transformation progress trackers or adaptive strategy generators.
o Create user flows that seamlessly blend AI-driven insights with rapid human decision-making processes, supporting various stages of the transformation roadmap.
5. Data Visualization and Real-Time Dashboards:
o Develop interactive, real-time dashboards that visualize transformation progress against the roadmap, utilizing AI to provide predictive insights and immediate recommendations.
o Design intuitive ways to present complex organizational data for swift, informed decision-making and roadmap adjustments.
6. Collaboration with AI/ML Teams:
o Work closely with AI/ML engineers to leverage GenAI models for accelerating transformation processes and supporting roadmap execution.
o Translate AI functionalities into user-friendly features that enhance the speed and effectiveness of organizational transformation.
7. Rapid Prototyping and Testing:
o Create high-fidelity prototypes of AI-enhanced transformation tools and interfaces using agile methodologies.
o Conduct rapid user testing to ensure the effective integration of AI capabilities with human-centered design principles, allowing for quick iterations and roadmap refinements.
8. Experience Mapping:
o Develop detailed experience maps for different stakeholder groups throughout the transformation journey.
o Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement in the transformation experience, informing roadmap updates.
9. Adaptive Learning Integration:
o Develop interfaces for AI-powered learning recommendations and adaptive training modules that can keep pace with rapid organizational changes and support roadmap milestones.
o Design features that encourage continuous feedback and swift improvement of the transformation process.
10. Change Readiness Assessment Tools:
o Design intuitive tools for assessing and visualizing organizational change readiness at different stages of the transformation roadmap.
o Create interfaces that allow leaders to quickly identify and address barriers to transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on complex systems or enterprise applications in fast-paced environments.
- Proven experience in designing for AI-enhanced products or services that drive rapid change.
- Strong understanding of agile transformation principles and organizational dynamics.
- Experience in creating and maintaining product or experience roadmaps.
- Proficiency in UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch) and rapid prototyping tools.
- Experience with real-time data visualization and dashboard design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions swiftly and clearly.- Experience in rapid organizational transformation projects or agile transformation roles.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies and their applications in accelerating business transformations.
- Expertise in agile methodologies, design thinking practices, and lean UX principles.
- Experience designing for scalability and enterprise-level solutions in high-velocity environments.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and their application in digital transformations.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
