Position Overview:
Lead Amazon's Selling Partner Communities Engagement Team in creating and nurturing a thriving ecosystem where sellers thrive through collaboration, learning, and direct engagement with Amazon and fellow selling partners.

Our Vision:
The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) team’s north star vision is to ensure every selling partner is satisfied with their experience selling in Amazon store. We look holistically at the seller experience through the voice of the seller – both in conversations they have directly with Amazon, and each other, to identify opportunities to improve the selling partner (SP) experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive the strategy and execution of global community engagement initiatives across internal platforms (Seller Forums) and external channels (social media)
• Lead the development and implementation of programs that increase seller participation, satisfaction, and success
• Transform seller feedback into actionable insights for Amazon teams to enhance the selling experience
• Cultivate meaningful relationships between selling partners and Amazon through transparent, timely communication
• Develop and execute content strategies that showcase seller success stories and new platform features
• Build and mentor high-performing global teams that embody Amazon's community-first approach

• Proven track record in building and scaling community engagement programs for global organizations
• Bar-raising leadership abilities with experience managing distributed teams
• Strong judgment and ability to influence across all levels of the organization


Key job responsibilities
The role’s key responsibilities include:
• Serve as the voice of Selling Partners, collaborating with internal teams to surface issues, data, and anecdotes to drive improvements to close the loop on seller painpoints
• Working backwards from Selling Partner needs to drive high-value engagements with Selling Partners through informational content, virtual events, seller spotlights, and other experiments to drive user acquisition, activation and retention within our community
• Developing Community Managers as experts of the Selling Partner experience, establishing learning curriculum, tools, and processes that allow us to provide real-time responses when sellers engage with Amazon
• Partner with product and tech teams to develop features to automate processes and improve communication quality
• Define, implement, and monitor effective mechanisms, processes, and metrics to measure and deliver quality results.
• Building, engaging and retaining a diverse team of Community Managers, and developing a culture of customer obsession where team members are inspired to go above and beyond to provide a better experience to Selling Partners.
• Builds and leads the following centers of excellence: (1) Community Engagement; (2) Escalation and Defect Management; (3) Learning and Development; and (4) Quality Assurance

- 6+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product- Experience engaging and influencing senior executives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
