Lead Product Manager - Investments

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager for our Investments team to lead our equities proposition. Our Investments team is dedicated to empowering retail investors by building accessible, transparent, and innovative investment products. We believe that investing should be intuitive, fair, and aligned with long-term financial success.

As the leader of this team, you’ll drive the evolution of our core investment offerings, ensuring they are best-in-class for retail investors while also being scalable, compliant, and well-integrated with partners and platforms. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, business, data, compliance, and external stakeholders to build investment products that meet the needs of our customer base.

This role requires deep domain expertise—you should have a strong grasp of investment products from a retail investor’s perspective and an understanding of the ecosystem, partnerships, and infrastructure required to deliver these products at scale. You’ll need to balance customer needs, regulatory requirements, while driving execution and delivering results.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap for the team, aligning with company goals and market opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end product development for investment products, from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to build and scale investment solutions.
• Analyze data to continuously refine product offerings and identify new opportunities.
• Drive growth, engagement, and retention of investment products.
• Foster a data-driven, customer-first culture.

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 4+ years focused on investment products or wealth management.
• Experience at a fintech company, brokerage, robo-advisor, asset management firm, or investment platform is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with third-party partners, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions to bring investment products to market.

Skills: 

• Strategic Thinker: Able to craft a long-term product vision while executing effectively in the short term.
• Execution-Focused: Strong ability to ship products, drive operational excellence, and navigate complex financial ecosystems. Biased for action.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong ability to interpret investment data, market trends, and user insights to inform product decisions.
• Autonomy & Ownership: Thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment with a high level of independence and responsibility.
• Strong Stakeholder Management: Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and finance teams.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent ability to articulate product decisions, drive alignment, and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Regulatory & Risk Acumen: Ability to navigate the complex regulatory landscape of investments while balancing user experience and compliance requirements.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with embedded finance, direct indexing, crypto, or alternative investments.
• Familiarity with portfolio construction, risk modeling, or tax optimization strategies.
• Experience with investment-related APIs and integrations.
