Amazon is looking for a big-thinking PM to transform the way we support brands looking to grow their business on Amazon through a series of paid services. This role calls for someone who is a highly effective Senior Product Manager with a proven passion for 3 things: (1) Identifying the vendor needs and competitive landscape, (2) Designing features that delight vendors, and (3) Leveraging the latest technology and science to transform how we engage millions of customers.

You will be responsible to define and execute the pricing strategy alongside other program elements for new paid services to improve vendor experience. You will work closely with cross functional partners including business, product, operations and tech partners to: (a) map out the pain points in the end-to-end vendor experience, (b) benchmark external services and identify competitor benchmarks, (c) identify opportunities and build the program feature roadmap, (d) work with business and tech partners to build the capabilities to scale paid service pricing and other features, (e) define go-to-market pricing strategy and ratecard, and (f) measure, inspect and improve performance metrics.

This role requires a strategic thinker who has strong data analytics skills, can solve complex business problems, and define innovative ways to use technology to tackle them at scale. The right candidate has thrived and succeeded in building and launching features/products in an environment where priorities shift fast and ambiguity is ever present. You know how to be scrappy but build for scale. You are analytical and data-driven, can prioritize well and communicate clearly and compellingly. The PM will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.








Key job responsibilities
• Partner with key stakeholders to define the pricing strategy and be the pricing voice for new paid services in JP.
• Initiate, prioritize, and lead initiatives to improve program experience for vendors enrolled on paid services.
• Define clear business requirements and work with tech and other partner teams to build new features.
• Create goals and related metrics, tracking progress and managing through obstacles to achieve your objectives.
• Run complex data analysis to generate business and customer insights for decision making.
• Communicate complex findings and ideas clearly to stakeholders through strong critical thinking and an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Understand business objectives from various stakeholders and align your work with those objectives.
