The Position

OPSWAT is looking for a member who can roll up their sleeves to support the Revenue Operations organization. The individual should be agile and able to work directly with our leaders of sales & commercial operations.

This role requires someone who is detail oriented and comfortable in Salesforce, MS Excel. The role is based in Vietnam, reporting to our APAC leader of Sales Ops & Analytics. The role will work with teams across the globe including San Francisco, Tampa, London, & Israel on their Business Intelligence

What You Will be Doing

  • Day-to-day administration and operational sales support to the Sales Team
  • Database management and maintenance: Own and maintain sales data and reports clean up in SFDC system
  • Help ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and quality checks
  • Support Sales team with order preparation and generations
  • Support the implementation of data management best practices and process improvements.
  • Accounts/Contacts enrichment with data from 3rd party firmographic sources (Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.)

  • Strong initiative and can demonstrate a desire to improve all areas of operation
  • Excellent written skills
  • Experience of working in a busy sales office desirable
  • Good communicator - able to manage challenging salespeople
  • Take responsibility for own actions and development
  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required
  • Demonstrate positive attitude at all times
