As the Inside Sales Manager at Kaseya, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by overseeing a team of high-performing Account Executives. You will be responsible for coaching and managing your team to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering a positive and dynamic sales culture. This role requires strong leadership skills, data-driven decision-making, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Leadership and Team Development

    • Manage and oversee a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
    • Establish and promote a culture of accountability, motivation, and performance excellence.
  2. Strategic Planning and Execution

  3. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to set quarterly and annual sales objectives.
    • Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track performance metrics, pipeline activity, and forecasting.
  4. Performance Management

    • Monitor and analyze team performance, providing regular feedback and actionable insights.
    • Address underperformance through constructive dialogue and tailored improvement plans.
    • Recognize and reward top performers to foster team morale and motivation.
  5. Customer Engagement

    • Assist the team in managing key accounts and closing high-value opportunities as needed.
    • Proactively resolve customer issues and concerns to maintain satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
  6. Reporting and Analytics

    • Prepare detailed sales reports for senior leadership, showcasing team performance and identifying opportunities for growth.
    • Stay informed about market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of managerial experience overseeing an inside sales team in a fast-paced B2B environment, ideally within IT/software/SaaS industries.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to drive sales success and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong track record of building, leading, and mentoring high-performing sales teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and experience with sales enablement technologies.
  • Analytical Mindset: Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze metrics to inform strategies.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Other: A passion for technology and a customer-focused approach to sales.
