Title: IT Helpdesk Associate

Location: Dundalk, IE

Reporting: Sr. Manager IT Helpdesk

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support to all users within Kaseya.

Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day technical operation ​
• Provide exceptional Tier 1 Helpdesk support across the enterprise ​
• Experience troubleshooting desktop hardware and software​
• Install and configure Software and computer systems as necessary​
• Assist with employee onboarding & off-boarding ​
• Monitor Helpdesk Support Channels and Queues ​
• Adheres to established support and security procedures​
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques​
• Protects customer/employee privacy and only accesses customer and/or employee related information as needed to perform job duties​
• On-Call Rotation as needed
• Adhoc duties as required

Skills
• Basic ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment ​
​• Ability to communicate and translate technical information orally and in writing to non-technical audience​
 • Ability to work in and promote a positive work environment​
 • Ability to take direction, work well as part of a team, and work independently when needed​
 • Ability to adjust to and maintain a fast-paced workflow​
 • Ability to communicate thoughts and ideas clearly with team and customer​
​• Basic ability to think critically and troubleshoot ​
​• Possess general technical aptitude ​
​• Basic Windows and Mac OS application knowledge

Communications/Leadership
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education/Technology
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, a related field or on the job experience.
