Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Analyst with strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of Power BI. The ideal candidate should have good communication abilities, a talent for gathering and analyzing information, and a foundational understanding of SQL. This role involves working closely with various teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, create reports, and maintain data accuracy.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Gather and document requirements from stakeholders to ensure accurate data representation.
• Communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and relevance.
• Provide support in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis as needed to support business decisions.

Skill Requirement:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, including report creation and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Basic understanding of SQL is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with data visualization best practices.
• Basic knowledge of ETL processes.
