We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Portuguese) Services Consultant to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a passion for helping clients optimize their IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert consultation and support to clients on Kaseya's IT management solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to ensure effective use of our products.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Portuguese is REQUIRED
  • Proven experience in IT management or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
