WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Provide timely and efficient consulting and process integration services to new SMB partners using Kaseya's IT Complete Suite of solutions (including PSA, RMM, IT Glue, and Security).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Manage multiple partner implementation projects while providing both high-level and detailed implementation consulting.
  • Conduct assessments of partner needs, explain product features and functionality, and demonstrate how it relates to their business.
  • Define product specifications for partner and end-user installations, and provide best practices for system setup to minimize support requests.
  • Respond to partner inquiries and direct the resolution of outstanding issues.
  • Monitor partner use and adoption of the software throughout the implementation.
  • Help scope implementation and professional services engagements alongside the sales team.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Tech Support, Partner Success, and Sales, to enhance the partner experience.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide high-quality consulting services to partners to ensure seamless implementation of Kaseya’s solutions.
  • Act as a technical lead for solution implementations, providing expert advice on best practices and configuration.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to address their requirements, resolve issues, and achieve successful outcomes.
  • Manage implementation timelines and maintain accountability for project delivery.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction through consistent follow-ups, training, and proactive communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Experience/Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience managing technology implementations utilizing software tools.
    • 1+ years of MSP experience (preferred).
    • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, PSA, and RMM software and markets.
    • Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, and Microsoft Windows Server.
    • Proficiency in patch management best practices, routing, switching, firewall/edge technologies, and virtualization solutions (e.g., VMware, Hypervisor).
  • Non-Technical Skills Requirements:

    • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills (MS PowerPoint, Excel, Project Plans).
    • Strong attention to detail with a data-driven approach to success metrics.
    • Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to handle competing demands.
    • Proven team player with experience in Salesforce and Power BI reporting (strongly preferred).
    • Solid understanding of security software solutions for MSP and SMB customer personas.
    • Ability to present complex technical material to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Preferred Skills / Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
