Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies under a customer-facing role.
- 3 years of experience in site coding using HTML and CSS, scripting languages like Python or JavaScript or intermediate SQL.
- Experience in digital advertising platform, measurement platforms like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools, or the implementing and troubleshooting of Tags.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in advanced measurement solutions like Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementally.
- Experience in working with API setup and architecture.
- Experience in website maintenance.
- Excellent data-driven problem solving, relationship building, and communication skills.

In this role, you will partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled, support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. - Discover customer measurement readiness needs by understanding clients business plans, issues/goals and business direction.
- Analyze existing third-party partner landscape and measurement technical infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner. Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan for services under scope.
- Assess and prepare clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators.
- Be the Measurement Products Expert POC to internal Sales teams and external advertiser teams/partners. Collaborate with various teams internally (like ads solutions teams and tech teams).
- Manage delivery of readiness activities in partnership with relevant internal and external teams. Support delivery of the relevant metrics that matter.
