Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in C or C++ programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience working with embedded operating systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in firmware and embedded system design.
- Experience with Python and C/C++, and in developing and implementing firmware and DSP algorithms on SOCs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Develop firmware and signal processing algorithms for health sensors.
- Enhance signal processing algorithms in order to filter noise and ensure accurate, efficient processing of data.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering to ensure that firmware and algorithms are integrated with the hardware architecture.
- Design, develop, implement, and test software components that allow real-time signal processing and filtering, noise reduction, as well as data processing.
