Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, or reviewing online content.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
- Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
- Excellent influencing, communication, and problem solving skills, and excellent business acumen.

- Support Detection teams in Engineering and Product, providing expert calibrations on policy verdicts. Research and stay up-to-date on trends in policy abuse and relevant events across local markets, working with other teams to integrate our intelligence intake and driving our enforcement response in emerging areas.
- Manage escalations and calibrations for the policy vertical and ensure all incidents are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved and communicated accurately.
- Oversee policy understanding for the vertical, including leading quality of scaled enforcement, by effectively managing the feedback loop with vendor teams from documentation to consistent communication back to vendor teams.
- Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTubeβs Community Guidelines.
- Work non-standard, on-call rotation work hours occasionally.
