Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, or program management.
- Experience managing rhythm of business activities, such as annual business planning, headcount management, running business reviews, or goal-setting.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis, generating data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or other relevant advanced degree.
- Experience leveraging investigative skills (e.g. financial modeling, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker, etc.) to solve problems, influence business leadership, measure outcomes, and evolve recommendations based on results.
- Experience tailoring and delivering compelling reporting and presentations by audience, asking questions, and leading conversations that drive results and efficiencies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing without authority to drive operational excellence, successful delivery of priority initiatives, process improvements, and change management.
- Experience working with SMBs.
- Knowledge of enterprise customers and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
